[Breakthrough]

Hey dude, It's a massive cock ache trying to get any feedback on Newgrounds these days but you definitely deserve some for this! Can't flaw this song at all, i love the melody, reverb puts the synths in the perfect amount of space needed. I'm a huge sucker for 2012 sounding electro basses so you got me there.

Great stuff man, can tell a lot of love went into this. Great choice of synths and a lot of complexity in the composition of it! I'd just say maybe lower the volume of the sub a tad and lift the drums up a bit. Banger none the less though!!

Thank you very much! This is the first song that I've ever done a detailed master on, so the muddled drums might be an issue with the way I did it. I'll try to figure out exactly what is causing that because I have the drums turned up pretty high on the unmastered version and I'll try to fix it for the next song when I master :)

Love it melodically man, really sweet composition. Great switch up at 3.27 too wasn't expecting that! My only snag is the Kick n snare need to pop out a bit more, it might be the quality of the sample themselves, otherwise maybe a touch more extreme sidechaining might help.

Giving you 5 stars though because the music is there just needs a lil polish on the drums!

Thanks! I had forgotten completely about the drums and didn't think to pull them up in the mix or edit them at all; I'll probably do so right now while I'm thinking about it. I think the drum samples were from back when I used the stock FL samples, which aren't very high quality anyway, so they may just be low quality :)
